I checked out the cached version that google had stored but the last time I checked he hadn’t put the updated one up yet. I don’t necessarily expect it to be fair and even handed, but I plan to wait until it’s posted to fully rail against it :)

Exactly. I have trouble being outraged as long as he does cut the original up, and doesn’t make up lies trying to refute it.

And ads are just keyword based. They get to pick the keywords that their ads run on. It’s my attempt at getting some hosting fees back, though for such a low profile site it’s not all that successful :) hopefully they’re not too intrusive.

I agree with the point that discussion or refutation of the theory should have nothing to do with Darwin as a person. No one mentions how Einstein treated his wife or kids when they discuss his theory. Newton was a little weird too, but that doesn’t come up when his laws are discussed. I’ve seen the promotional video with Kirk Cameron — I really liked Growing Pains — I didn’t realize he was such a Jesus freak. Anyway — since he’s doing nothing illegal and he’s using his own cash then let him do what he wants. The more people that own Origin of the Species the better. Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, or Christopher Hitchens should give out free copies of the bible with an introduction by them — watch the outrage then.

Why is there an ad for Scientology on your site? Whatever pays the bills I guess.
